• Provide, operate, and improve Platform services

• Enable discovery and personalized recommendations

3. Third-Party Hosting and Infrastructure

Data submitted to the Platform is stored and processed using third-party infrastructure provided by Airtable (database backend) and Zite, operated by Fillout/Restly Inc. (frontend and application services). While Ingenii implements administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data, availability and performance may be impacted by these third-party providers.

4. Data Processing & Storage

Ingenii acts as:

• Data Controller for Platform-originating activity

• Data Processor for certain client-managed integrations or submissions

Data is stored securely using Airtable and Zite infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls and audit logs are in place.

5. Data Retention and Backups

Ingenii does not guarantee retention of your data beyond the duration of your account or subscription. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any User Content or submissions that you wish to preserve.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data. Limited personal data may be shared with third-party providers that assist with hosting, analytics, email communication, or customer support—subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. Data Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your data

• Request correction or deletion

• Request export or transfer

• Object to or restrict certain processing activities

8. AI Feature Disclosure

10. No HIPAA-Specific Protections

The Platform is not designed for storage, transmission, or processing of protected health information (“PHI”) as defined under HIPAA. If your use case requires enhanced privacy or compliance features, please contact us to explore enterprise-grade solutions.

Depending on your location, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries that may not have the same level of data protection laws as your jurisdiction. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are applied.
